This is for non Online D&D related stuff. Mainly so I can talk to Amouro about the multiple OKC games. Feel free to post ideas, news, or random things your excited about regarding D&D. Amouro: I have decided what I'm playing. After looking at all the books and flipping through all the power books....rogue. And to top it off, Drow Rogue. Jason said it was cool so I'm go use the Ruthless Ruffian build out of the Martial Power 2. I get to sneak attack with a mace. Also Rattling is fucking cool. Let me know if you want to use your Warlord or your going to make a Barbarian. I hope hope hope Barbarian because then I'll flank with you and move you around for multiple multiple gallons of combat advantage. Plus I can roll up the Goblin Shamen we were talking about as a second character.

Okay...I've revised my Rogue a bit. Not going with Ruthless Ruffian class...went with the more dexy Cutthroat Cunning Sneak variety. I hide, I stab, I roll 3d8 sneak attack damage. I haven't rolled up many characters but rolling up a 14th level one is hard. Man there is a lot of stuff to consider. I've been working on this guy for 2 days, and i'm still not done. Still have to buy gear for him. Like 21,000gp worth as well as a 13th, 14th, and 15th level magic item. Btw...I highly recommend weapons with the keyword Brutal from the Adventurer's Vault 1.

how hard is it to find a diablo campaign for 4E? very. all i've found is people complaining that 4e is like diablo or WoW. lol
i did find a 3.5 version of diablo 2. that'll at least help me with the basic story and presentation. there's a lot of work though. i'll have to find all the monsters i want to modify. and modify some of the dungeons.
and i've got to really wrap my head and the story. as it is, its pretty vague. and i know if i want to keep bobbie interested roleplay-wise, i've got to make things a bit more fleshed out. less "omg its diablo, go fight monsters to save us!" and more "stay a while and listen to my long ass story about how i got a horadric cube stuck up my ass"

Up the ass. You read it here first folks. Up the god damned ass. I'll take a look around some of the RPG stuff I haunt on the internet. I've been doing this longer than you, so I tend to know where to look. I've probably got like half the internet stolen/downloaded on the subject somewheres. Takin' a look: P.S. I drive a spaceship blind.

hey. robert. im gonna of course ask everyone else, and their answers will effect you im sure. but what type of character would you like to play if i ran a game? im pretty sure i want to have characters at 11th level. that should give everyone plenty of cool stuff, and access to the base paragon path features. without being too crazy.
it's gonna be some time before im ready, but it's something to think about. oh and any links you have to good information on DMing would be awesome.

Yeah. Well back in the 70's they had the blue and red box for D&D. People used to sell this game in like grocery stores before the whole satan worship thing started in the 80's. They are trying to go back to that so people won't be confused on what to by. They are trying to reach a buyer who is interested but doesn't know where to start. http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Product.aspx?x=dnd/products/dndacc/244660000Basically they won't be printing off any more individualized Player's Handbooks and Dungeon Master books that aren't in the "box".
